We aim to answer within two working days. Privacy requests are answered within one month, as required by the GDPR.
Delete your data
Your diary, profile, pantry and saved photos are stored on your device. You can delete individual meals and pantry items in the app, or use the reset option in the profile to erase everything. Uninstalling the app also deletes its local data, except for copies your operating system may keep in a device backup.
We do not hold a server-side copy of your diary, so there is nothing for us to delete on our side. The only data we may hold about you is a support email and short-lived request metadata. Write to privacy@crumblio.com to ask about it.
Cancel a subscription
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open the App Store, tap your account, then Subscriptions, and cancel Crumblio Pro there. Cancelling in the app is not possible because the app never sees your payment details. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
For refunds, use Apple’s Report a Problem page. Apple is the merchant of record for App Store purchases.
Restore a purchase
If you reinstalled the app or changed device, open the paywall and tap “Restore purchases”. The entitlement is tied to your Apple ID, not to the device.
Report a wrong estimate
Estimates are produced automatically and can be wrong. Correct the rows before you save, or edit the meal later from the diary. If a specific dish is consistently misread, write to support with the name of the dish and, if you can, a screenshot.
